First of all you need a bowling ball to play of course haha. second you need a bowling shoe because you can't use a normal shoe to play. if you are a pro bowler like me (brag) you need a bowling ball for yourself, a shoe and some extra equipment.

this is a handy guard

the use of handy guard is when someone like me who is weak and who can't force your wrist to bend so you need this handy guard in order to support you. but sometimes it hurt your wrist so you get uncomfortable with it. 

this is my only bowling ball and everyone single one of them cost around RM200-RM400

The first indoor bowling lanes were built in New York City in 1840. in case you guys wanna know hahaha
